Prior to launching his real estate business, Patrick completed a successful, thirty-two year career with IBM. Most of his assignments were in sales and marketing where he held various staff and management positions. During the last several years at IBM, Patrick was the Segment Executive for Industrial Sector in the Small & Medium Business division across IBM Americas. He was fortunate to be a public speaker for IBM and often presented at events and conferences around the country. Patrick was also involved for many years with APICS, the association for operations management. He earned several certifications, taught courses as an instructor, and served on the Board of Directors for the Education & Research Foundation. Patrick's expertise in the manufacturing industry provided an interesting, challenging, and rewarding career at IBM.

On the fun side, Patrick enjoys riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle. He is a member of Tucson HOG (Harley Owner's Group). His favorite rides are Mt. Lemmon, Salt River Canyon, Oak Creek Canyon, Saguaro National Park, and the Joshua Forest. Patrick enjoys golfing with friends during the cool months, fly fishing for native trout, and traveling. He is married and has two daughters and two grandchildren.

Patrick and his wife, Cindy, moved to Green Valley in 2004. As they prepared for retirement, they looked all over the country to find just the right place. Green Valley offered the lifestyle, friendliness, activities, and weather that easily put it at the top of the list. After more than seven years, they are still very happy with their choice.
