I live in Pennsylvania and needed to sell my mother's home in Green Valley. Patrick was the best! He was very professional and very organized. He presented me with a Home Marketing Plan that was a great reference tool. He helped me set a fair asking price, gave me advice on what furnishings to leave in the house so that it would appeal to potential buyers, and he helped coordinate repairs to the house. Patrick kept in constant contact with me via email and cell phone which made my life easier being 2500 miles away. My mom's house sold in just 5 weeks. What more can I say?! thanks, Patrick.
