Ahh ... the life in southern Arizona

The southern Arizona desert provides a wonderful lifestyle. We have friendly, laid-back people, year-round outdoor activities, interesting places to explore, and fabulous weather. We also have very unique communities.

We had a wonderful holiday season in Green Valley. There were parties and gatherings galore. Our winter visitors are here and Green Valley is once again bustling. The tennis courts are active all day and the rec centers are busy. We see people walking around town all day in the nice weather. It's nice to see our winter friends once again.

Sahuarita is a really busy place these days. The schools are humming with activities and sports. Students are anxiously awaiting spring break in March. Sahuarita is a beautiful city that continues to grow as families seek a high quality of life in a small town.

A short, twenty minute drive north on I-19 takes you to the southern outskirts of Tucson. With nearly a million people in the greater metropolitan area, Tucson offers the shopping, dining, sports, and cultural activities that complement the quiet lifestyle in Green Valley. The Gem, Mineral & Fossil Show is open for three weeks and draws visitors from around the world. They love coming to Tucson each year for the event and the beautiful weather. Tucson is hosting the PGA Accenture Match Play tournament featuring the top players in the game. Tucson is a great town ... close enough to enjoy yet just far enough away to create our quiet oasis to the south.

Just twenty minutes south on I-19 sits the village of Tubac. This art colony features over 100 businesses including galleries, restaurants, specialty stores and a world famous golf resort. Unique homes within a village lifestyle make Tubac a wonderful place to call home. The coming months will be filled with outdoor dining, spring festivals, and strolls through the galleries.

If you find this lifestyle interesting, take a closer look at our desert wonderland to find out why we choose to live here. You can contact me for the latest information on the local real estate market. Together we'll find that special home for you in southern Arizona.
